As an orthopaedic doctor, Dr. Cunningham focuses on the treatment of injuries and conditions affecting the joints, ligaments and tendons, including:

Dr. Cunningham also offers non-surgical treatments, including:
- Viscosupplementation- a thick fluid called hyaluronic acid is injected into the knee joint. This is a naturally occurring substance found in the synovial fluid and acts as a lubricant. The injection helps to create a shock absorber effect for the joints and helps the bones to move smoothly over each other
- Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections - a new method of treatment for muscle, ligament and tendon injuries, as well as arthritis and fractures. PRP injections help alleviate painful symptoms, promote healing and delay joint replacement surgeries.
- Cortisone injections - a powerful anti-inflammatory medication injected directly into the affected area to decrease joint swelling which, as a result, increases mobility and function.
